"I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and occasionally will eat in the restaurant on the 10th floor. I’ve never had a bad experience with staff or the food. It’s always consistent with all the other Hilton Garden Inns restaurants. Wings are really good. The salmon is good. Steaks are delicious. If you ask for something to be prepared a certain way they will oblige and the chef always comes out to make sure I’m satisfied. For example I don’t like the sauce they put on the grilled salmon and I like their mixed seasonal vegetables steamed not sautéed. They will steam them for you and eliminate the sauce on salmon if you ask!! I’m not sure why there’s bad reviews, I’ve always been served well by all the wait staff, quickly and the food is pretty good for an in a hotel restaurant. It’s been the same staff working there for the past few years. With exception of my favorite waiter that switched to mornings. They’re all great in my opinion. Sometimes we have to check ourselves and make sure it’s not us that’s being difficult and/or rude. I waitressed and I know it’s not an easy job. I had customers treat me badly and I had done nothing to deserve it"
